Version 0.0.6

Make each theme your own

Set the main theme colors for the whole dashboard, then override them for one widget when needed. Optional idle screen effects use those colors while keeping the driver name and number readable.

Theme selection and color controls in Sim Kit settings.

Keep session history through brief disconnects

The dashboard holds the last valid session state when SimHub briefly drops data. Lap history stays on screen and resumes from the same session when the connection returns.

More in this release

  • Feedback: Send feedback from the plugin and attach the active dashboard YAML when a problem needs reproduction.
  • Profiles: Create, switch, import, and delete dashboard profiles from Profiles & sharing.
  • Idle screens: Choose animated effects for each theme or turn them off for a static background.
Fixes
  • Sessions Short SimHub connection gaps no longer clear the lap chart or reset the active session state.
  • Sessions Session time handles timed, lap-limited, and unlimited sessions without invalid progress text.
  • Relative Relative gaps use the same distance and lap reference rules across tables, battle clusters, and other relative views.
  • Fuel usage Filled the refuel and finish balance fields when source data is available.
  • 90s Digital Kept metric text, rating badges, manufacturer marks, and track sector labels inside their containers.
  • Incidents Centered the count and bar with or without a visible label.
  • GT clusters Flashed the existing gear readout at redline without drawing a second number over it.
Improvements
  • Data widgets Used explicit font steps for each theme across compact and full layouts.
  • Battle cluster Gave driver names more room, aligned each side toward its driver, and added blue proximity cues for blue-flag traffic.
  • Timing tables Kept useful columns visible until the table runs out of usable width.
  • Driver data Used the same source for country flags, class colors, badges, and manufacturer marks across widgets.
  • Settings Grouped resolution, grid, theme, background, and idle-screen controls into one editing flow.
  • Replay Lab Stored the complete normalized dashboard snapshot on every frame for closer session reproduction.
